The following is the directory of Sunyata Meditation practice communities around the world. The Buddha advised practitioners to seek the company of “virtuous-knowing friends” (P: kalyanamitta, S: kalyanamitra, V: thiện tri thức) when travelling on the spiritual path. These friends help the practitioner grow his/her inner light in the same manner as the moon grows its light in the first part of the month from darkness to full light.
